This apartment is on the main floor. As you enter the front door, you will see a spacious Living room with an attached dining area, featuring hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows that invite natural light. The kitchen and bedrooms are nestled in the back of the apartment flat. Enter the large front patio through the glass French doors and enjoy outdoor seating. Fast Fiber internet. Roku TV with live channels. You can sign in to your personal streaming services accounts. You receive 1 free assigned parking spot in our private parking area located behind the building. Street parking is available directly in front of our building as well. There are also washers and dryers available on the property. They are coin-operated and require quarters.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. So we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. Please no parties and respect your neighbors :) We travel often and have a team managing guest services for our home while we are away.

❤︎ We are not responsible or liable for any accident, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. ❤︎ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. ❤︎ No smoking anywhere. If there is any evidence of smoking discovered in the unit or on the patio a $200 fine will be imposed immediately. ❤︎ No disturbances to other residents. This includes loud music, loud noises, or any other type of disturbances. As per local ordinances quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. As a courtesy the host will reach out only ONCE to inform guests of any loud noises/disturbances in order for guest to correct issue. If there is another incident guests will be asked to vacant the unit immediately. ❤︎ No Parties allowed. If there is proof of a party, there will be $150 fine. ❤︎ We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you. ❤︎ Please help keep our towels white, by not using them for makeup or cleaning. Dark colored towels specifically labeled for Makeup have been provided. ❤︎ In an effort to maintain an allergen free environment, please leave your furry friends at home. This was, so far, our favorite place to stay. The amenities were great, and the layout was lovely, open and convenient. There was plenty of space and safe for our one year old. They even had plug covers on unused plugs- I thought that was wonderfully considerate. We definitely would stay here again.

Misty's apartment was perfect for my extended weekend getaway. Extremely cozy to come back to every day, and close enough to everything downtown, plus a good number of other local spots! I would happily stay here again!

Misty was a wonderful host ! She was flexible to work with and responsive. The unit was very clean and in a perfect location for all our needs ! I would definitely want to stay here again !!

This place was amazing for our needs; I chose it because it was close to our event in downtown SLC. But, honestly, I chose it because it had a 'personal' person tending to the rental. Misty was responsive even before I made the commitment to book. The place was great and Misty was a very communicative/responsive host. My very favorite was the bed; it was so comfortable. I find it hard to sleep anywhere but home; and the beds were great. The shower has a great pressure; which is also a plus. I, personally, also liked the 'black out' curtains, for sleeping. I am in the country at home and there are no lights at night that creep in your room through windows. These made it amazing for sleeping. I would highly recommend!
