Clear, concise instructions
This is an amazing place. Upstairs, 2-bedroom apartment, nice, y stocked kitchen, nice bathroom, big dining room table, 2 comfy couches, private parking, off street. Private deck with furniture, 2 tvs

Everything was amazing! Coffee shops everywhere, great food, and even when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, Misty provided a book with local things to do! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying at Salt Lake City!

This was, so far, our favorite place to stay. The amenities were great, and the layout was lovely, open and convenient. There was plenty of space and safe for our one year old. They even had plug covers on unused plugs- I thought that was wonderfully considerate.
We definitely would stay here again.

Misty's apartment was perfect for my extended weekend getaway. Extremely cozy to come back to every day, and close enough to everything downtown, plus a good number of other local spots! I would happily stay here again!

We really appreciated Misty‘s willingness to host us last minute when our flights out of Salt Lake City were canceled. She was flexible on our check-in, the place was very clean, and she checked in on us to be sure we had made it in safely. This is a basement apartmentthat has been kept in really great condition with all the amenities of home. Very grateful!

We had a great stay with Misty. She was very responsive. The place was clean and very walkable to the University and Trolley Square. It is very convenient location. We’d stay there again!

Staying here definitely exceeded my expectations! Hosts were very attentive and even had snacks and drinks ready for us when we came in!! There was a power outage during our stay, and they were very communicative with ETA’s and even brought us lamps and checked up on us!!
Definitely will stay here again and recommend to friends

My stay at Misty’s was incredible. She was very accommodating to let me check in earlier than the listed time. She was also always quick to respond back. Instructions were clear for check in and out. Finally, the place was exactly as described and very clean. The mattress was also incredibly comfortable! I would stay at Misty’s again if I visit SLC again!

This place was amazing for our needs; I chose it because it was close to our event in downtown SLC. But, honestly, I chose it because it had a 'personal' person tending to the rental. Misty was responsive even before I made the commitment to book. The place was great and Misty was a very communicative/responsive host.
My very favorite was the bed; it was so comfortable. I find it hard to sleep anywhere but home; and the beds were great. The shower has a great pressure; which is also a plus. I, personally, also liked the 'black out' curtains, for sleeping. I am in the country at home and there are no lights at night that creep in your room through windows. These made it amazing for sleeping.
I would highly recommend!
