This apartment is on the 2nd floor, which is the top level of the building. There is no elevator. There are 2 small flights of stairs with a landing in between. As you enter the front door, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with an attached dining area. Featuring hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows that invite natural light. The kitchen and bedrooms are located towards the back of the building, as you enjoy the entire flat. The patio has glass French doors and seating. Fast Fiber internet. Sign in to your favorite streaming service. 1 Free assigned spot in our private parking lot behind our building. There are also washers and dryers available on the property, located on the bottom level. They are coin-operated and require the use of quarters.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. So we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. Please no parties and respect your neighbors! We travel often and have a team managing guest services for our home while we are away.

If there is any evidence of smoking discovered in the unit or on the patio a $200 fine will be imposed immediately. ❤︎ No disturbances to other residents. This includes loud music, loud noises, or any other type of disturbances. As per local ordinances quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. As a courtesy the host will reach out only ONCE to inform guests of any loud noises/disturbances in order for guest to correct issue. If there is another incident guests will be asked to vacant the unit immediately. ❤︎ No Parties allowed. If there is proof of a party, there will be $150 fine. ❤︎ We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you. ❤︎ Please help keep our towels white, by not using them for makeup or cleaning. Dark colored towels specifically labeled for Makeup have been provided. ❤︎ In an effort to maintain an allergen free environment, please leave your furry friends at home. We had a great stay with Misty. She was very responsive. The place was clean and very walkable to the University and Trolley Square. It is very convenient location. We’d stay there again!
